UK marketing budgets have risen in the first quarter of 2016, but uncertainty over Brexit has seen financial confidence plummet to a three-year low, research says. The latest IPA
Bellwether Report, published today, shows that a net balance of 3% of companies registered an increase to budgets during the first three months of 2016. This is a rise from 0.5% in the fourth quarter
of 2015.
