Internet user growth is rising, up 40% year-over-year vs. 33% last year. In Q4 of 2015, India surpassed the U.S. to become the No. 2 market for Internet users in the world behind China. Meeker noted
that global smartphone user growth is slowing, up 21% vs. 31%, year-over-year. Plus, global smartphone unit shipments are "slowing dramatically," increasing by 10% vs. 28% in 2015.
