Hyundai Hosts Youth Football Camps

Hyundai, an official sponsor of the NFL, is hosting five youth football camps in each of its NFL team-sponsored cities this summer.

The camps will take place this month in Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Houston, Miami and Phoenix. The automaker is inviting fans in each market to register their kids, ages 7 - 13, to participate.

The events aim to bring an authentic NFL experience to fans and their children. A player from each team will teach participants football drills and techniques.

The program kicked off July 17 with the Minnesota Vikings and outside linebacker Anthony Barr. On July 19, camp will take place with Pittsburgh Steeler DeAngelo Williams, a running back. It continues to Houston on July 22 with Houston Texans DeAndre Hopkins, a wide receiver. On July 24, Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker leads camp, and on July 25, the program ends in Arizona where two Cardinals lead the camp: cornerback Patrick Peterson and wide receiver Michael Floyd.

At the camps, coaches will support the local player in facilitating the drills and activities. Meanwhile, parents can watch their children participate and also can check out the latest Hyundai vehicles.

Hyundai will partner with other NFL sponsors to enhance the experience for children and parents alike. Hyundai’s nonprofit organization, Hyundai Hope on Wheels, has also invited five pediatric cancer survivors in each market to participate in the youth camp.

Hyundai’s Youth Football Camp program is managed by Advantage International.
