Havas Chicago Appoints Laura Terry CMO

Havas Chicago has appointed Laura Terry, CMO. She joins the agency from Omnicom shop Martin Williams in Minneapolis where she was also CMO. In her new post Terry will oversee the marketing and public relations teams.

The British-born Terry fills the role left vacant by chief growth officer, Laura Maness, who was promoted to president of Havas New York earlier this year.

Prior to Martin Williams, Terry worked at Olson and Tripp Agency. She’s credited with working with brands such as Target, Payless, E*trade, Lincoln Financial and Bauer.

Terry will report directly to the CEO of the Havas Chicago Group, Paul Marobella. “Our goal is to let the world know what we can bring to their brands so they can create new value for their organizations,” he stated. “Laura has a great blend of traditional, digital, social and data experience that fits the mold of our Village model here at Havas and she immediately understood what makes us different.”
