Cloud-computing platform Extreme Reach on Tuesday announced the appointment of Bill Bagshaw as chief revenue officer, responsible for handling sales operations. Bagshaw essentially picks up duties
handled by Patrick Hanavan, who ran service and sales for eight years.
Hanavan was named chief client officer, and will manage client support and service.
Prior to Extreme Reach, Bagshaw
worked at Oracle, where he led his team’s transition to a cloud business model. He also managed the development and implementation of a new sales methodology, adopted across Oracle teams.
The appointment of Bagshaw marks Extreme Reach’s focus on increasing growth and improving client services.
“Coming off a transition to a full-enterprise solution for brands and
agencies in 2016, we’ve reached a size and scale that demands separate and highly collaborative leadership for our sales and service divisions,” stated CEO/cofounder, John Roland.
Bagshaw’s appointment will enable Hanavan to focus 100% of his attention on client support, Roland said.
Extreme Reach’s enterprise, cloud-based platform enables brands and
agencies to implement their video campaigns across TV, video screens and devices, while managing all related talent and rights.
