Dentsu
Aegis Network has acquired Geneva, Switzerland-based digital marketing firm blue-infinity.
The agency will become part of Dentsu Aegis Network’s digital marketing network Isobar and
rebranded as blue-infinity – Linked By Isobar.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
Blue-infinity has 2015 revenues of approximately $58 million, according to Dentsu.
Established
in 2001, blue-infinity bills itself as a “digital transformation” service provider with an offering that includes digital marketing, crm, retail and commerce.
It currently has over
500 staffers. In addition to its Geneva headquarters, the firm has offices in Portugal, Czech Republic, Hong Kong and the U.S.
Christophe Martin, managing partner and CEO, and Pierre
Aebischer, managing partner, will continue to lead blue-infinity and report to Lars Bo Jeppesen, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe.
Blue-infinity has
approximately 100 clients in sectors such as retail, banking and pharmaceutical.
