Nor1 Inc., a specialist in hospitality merchandising technology, is partnering with MP-Network GmbH to create email guest communications for hotels and chains.
The partners will serve
independent and branded hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Pilot implementation took place at the Hotel Palace Berlin.
Each firm brings proprietary technology to the table. MP-Network
provides the Reservation Management System, (RIMS), an SaaS product. Nor1 offers PRIME, a merchandising platform, and systems such as eStandby Upgrade, eXpress Upgrade, CheckIn Merchandising and
eReach.
The companies will work together to add NOR1’s eStandby Upgrade to reservation confirmation and pre-arrival emails sent to guests.
Nor1 provides data-driven pricing and
merchandising services. It serves such clients as Hilton, IHG, Carlson Rezidor, Accor, and Wyndham. The company’s investors include SAP, Goldman Sachs and Accel Partners
