Google has been hit with the biggest European Commission fine of all time -- 2.42bn Euros, or $2.7bn or GBP2.1bn. The punishment is for the abuse of its power in search, which leads to its own
services being prioritised over others. The company says it disputes its guilt, and the BBC
reports that it says it will study the finding and consider an appeal.
