Sujay Kar, head of data science at TechStyle Fashion Group, told OMMA LA attendees on Wednesday that the company has more than 4 million VIP members and 80% of sales are from repeat customers.

TechStyle Fashion created a data model that can predict lifetime value, customer churn, and multitouch attribution. The model can predict how long it will take a consumer to make a purchase and the frequency of purchases.
