Email Engagement Is On The Decline

Figures from the Direct Marketing Association show that while email open rates have remained stable from 2015 until the end of 2016, engagement rates are down. According to eMarketer, the figures show a dip in click-through rates from 1.6% to 1.8% during 2016, and open rates fell to 11% from 13.3%.
