Shipping Easy, a provider of cloud-based shipping and inventory management tools, has launched a service for sending automated marketing emails.
Automated Email Marketing will allow ecommerce brands to target emails based on customer data.
Users can send emails to upsell, reward new purchasers, solicit product reviews, update buyers on order status and win back lapsed customers. Automated emails can be triggered based on the seller’s objectives.
"Online sellers know a repeat purchaser is more valuable than a single-deal customer," states Katie May, CEO of ShippingEasy.
She adds that “ideally, online sellers should derive around 40% of their revenue from repeat business.”
ShippingEasy also offers a library of plug-and-play templates.
The company’s shipping platform allows users to manage orders, automate shipping, track shipments and notify recipients. It is integrated with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wal-Mart, Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce.
ShippingEasy is a subsidiary of Stamps.com.
