Talend Partners With Cloudera, Qlik And Keyrus On Personalization Product

Talend, a provider of cloud-based data integration services, has unveiled a new personalization product with partners Cloudera, Qlik and Keyrus.

The new offering, Customer Experience Excellence, enables marketers to respond to customer actions with appropriate personalization across channels, the company claims.

Users can harness data from all contact points, including emails, mobile apps, retail stores, call centers, websites and social media, Talend continues.

“While many companies recognize the importance of having a solid customer-360 initiative, few have accurate, up-to-date customer data or the infrastructure to serve it up in a unified way,” states Ciaran Dynes, SVP, products, Talend.  

Customer Experience Excellence combines Keyrus’s data intelligence consulting, Cloudera’s machine learning and analytics, Qlik’s data visualization technology and Talend’s data integration platform, Talend contends.

APRIL Technologies, which provides IT solutions for APRIL Group companies, piloted the solution and determined that it provides a “technology platform flexible enough to support the needs of all our future big data projects,” states Denis Bourdon, general manager of GIE APRIL Technologies.
