Horler Lands At Quantcast As COO

Audience behavior platform Quantcast, has appointed agency veteran Rob Horler as chief operating officer effective immediately. The role is new at the company. Horler will be based in New York.

Horler's responsibilities will include oversight of global commercial operations, including the sales and services organization.   He will report to Quantcast's CEO and Founder Konrad Feldman and will serve on the company's executive leadership team and join Quantcast's board of directors. 

Horler previously served as a senior executive at the Dentsu Aegis Network for over 19 years. Most recently, he served as CEO of Dentsu Aegis U.S. which under his leadership grew significantly through a mix of organic growth and acquisition. In 2016, Dentsu Aegis U.S. acquired seven US-based companies, including Accordant, Cardinal Path and Merkle.

Earlier Horler was CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Northern Europe and CEO of Aegis Media U.K.  In 2004,  Horler founded Difiiniti, which became one of the largest standalone digital planning and buying companies in the U.K. before becoming part of the iProspect network in 2009.  He originally joined Dentsu Aegis Network as managing partner for Carat Interactive in 2000.

Feldman credited Horler’s “wealth of hands-on experience advising clients, managing large scale global organizations and developing talent and teams.”
