LogRhythm, a security intelligence provider, has released a product called the GDPR Compliance Module to help brands comply with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, which takes effect May 25.
The product comes with a suite of rules, alerts and reports, the company says. It provides a security framework designed to help firms comply with the technology requirements of GDPR,” says James Carder, chief information security officer and GDPR data protection officer at LogRhythm.
“Given the breadth of the GDPR, no single solution provides automatic compliance with all aspects of the regulation,” Carder says, adding that “there are more people and process requirements to the regulation than technology.”
As with the firm’s other compliance services, the GDPR Compliance Module is offered at no charge to LogRhythm customers.
