Sunrise Advertising Rebrands As Brandience

After 15 years, full-service agency Sunrise Advertising is rebranding as Brandience to better describe its expertise in data-driven insights. The agency's current roster includes Skyline Chili, First Financial Bank, and Papa John’s, and this newly named but still full-service agency will continue to focus on three core business categories: financial/insurance, travel/tourism and restaurants.

"We are now able to combine the knowledge gained from external sources such as research with the intel from our deep analysis of a brand’s internal customer data," says Brian McHale, chief executive officer, owner, Brandience. "The end result of our approach – the strategy and execution – blends the data with empathy and creativity."

This makeover was driven both internally and externally, says McHale. "Big data isn’t a secret but there are many brands that don’t have the available resources to dig in to their own customer data. So the demand is there and by adding that practice area, we can be that resource. The customer data piece makes our other core competencies stronger."

The 25 full-time employees at the agency will remain at its current Cincinnati location.
