Luxury Company LGMYC Acquires Creative Shop MPA

Luxury holding company La Grande Maison Younan Collection (LGMYC) is acquiring French-based creative agency MPA Communications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1990 by Adriano Matteo Perotti, the 12-person agency specializes in luxury branding, working with clients including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany, Chaumet, Vacheron Constantin, Gucci, Burberry, and others.

Under the deal, MPA will be rebranded as MPA Agency and its  website will be redesigned and relaunched with a new domain.

"We will infuse significant capital resources to make MPA a world-class, full-service, independent, creative design agency," says LGMYC's founder Zaya Younan, adding that he expects to bolster its team as the agency expands its capabilities.

Founded in 2015, LGMYC specializes in acquiring luxury venues, products and services that embody the luxury lifestyle including historic chateau-hotels, golf resort properties and vineyards throughout Europe.

LGMYC's Younan sought the acquisition because he saw an opportunity to grow the agency into a full-service digital firm in the luxury niche. It is also a plus to have an in-house creative shop to develop campaigns for its portfolio of brands, though the agency will continue to serve external clients as well.
