Bill Hughes departs SapientRazorfish to join Accenture Interactive's MXM as creative operations director. In this newly created role, Hughes will be responsible for all aspects of the digital agency's operations including creative talent acquisition, retention and management. He will report to chief creative officer Roald van Wyk.
Hughes spent 10 years at Razorfish — which became SapientRazorfish in 2016 — starting as creative resources and recruiting manager. In 2010, he moved to the position of director creative services before being appointed to his most recent position as VP creative talent.
Separately, Adam Isidore jumps from Taylor James to become director, integrated production at FCB New York to manage all production efforts for the agency. He replaces Leelee Groome who left to pursue other opportunities.
Isidore brings comprehensive multimedia experience to the IPG-owned network, and has worn many hats throughout his career – as a producer, director, editor and writer – on both the production/post-production and advertising agency sides.
