Kargo Strengthens New York Team

Kargo is adding two new managers and promoting a number of others as the mobile advertising platform aligns growth initiatives across its research, marketing, communications, sales and creative services departments.

The two new faces joining the NY office are David Bear, who departs Quantcast to join as vice president, agency partnerships responsible for managing Kargo's Omnicom business relationship in North America. (Kargo has team members dedicated to overseeing each of its agency relationships.)

Edric Chan, formerly with The Trade Desk, is named vice president platform operations to focus on developing  Kargo’s programmatic strategy.  

Among the promotions, Sunil Murti is upped from director, creative operations to vice president, creative services to manage all aspects of marketing creative services as well as Kargo’s ad design team. Miller Knott is elevated vice president publisher partnerships to lead the publishing team’s day-to-day activities.  

And Greg Cappello is promoted to the newly created post of senior vice president marketing to oversee all sales and go-to-market efforts. He will also be responsible for managing research, corporate communications, events and Kargo’s creative services department.
