A conversation with Mo Morales about how to create rapid innovation in an agency.

Morales is the associate director of innovation and SNAP program principal at SapientRazorfish, the agency that services almost half of the Fortune 100 companies from more than 70 global offices. Morales has been an experience design manager at Sapient/Nitro, a designer and creative director at VirtualMo Transmedia in Oregon and an interactive prototype developer. His current work involves leading the global expansion of the SNAP innovation program, mentoring creative and tactical teams and leading creation and ideation workshops. Click below to listen.
