Interpublic Group’s  R/GA has promoted Candice Hahn to senior vice president, managing director of R/GA Austin, Katrina Bekessy to executive technology director and Murray Wyse to group creative director. Each will continue in their management roles. 

As R/GA’s first female U.S. office lead, Hahn joined the agency in 2014 and has helped grow the office staff 160% since then. She’s now tasked with pushing for transformative work for clients and is responsible for the office’s growth, operations, and new business development. Under her leadership, the R/GA Austin office has recently added the Red Rock Deli, Smartfood and Newgistics accounts.   

Bekessy was previously executive technology director. She joined R/GA in 2009 in New York and was an original member of the Austin office. Since then, she has been leading tech-related activities for clients locally and throughout the R/GA network, helping develop processes for working with R/GA’s Latin American offices. She’s led transformational product development initiatives for clients including McCormick, Fossil and Sonic Drive-in. 

Wyse was previously creative director, and is now tasked with driving the creative vision for office clients and contributing to business development needs.  Wyse joined R/GA in 2015 after spending 18 years in London including two stints at TBWA, CHI + Partners, and Havas Worldwide.
