Qubit is integrating its Qubit Pro customer experience platform with SAP Customer Experience and other SAP applications, the company announced on Thursday.
Qubit Pro and Qubit Aura, two personalization tools offered by Qubit, can now be integrated with the cloud commerce platforms of SAP Hybris users, the company says.
The development follows the Tuesday announcement of a similar integration with Salesforce.
The objective of these partnerships is to drive revenue and provide a tailored shopping experience to customers, apparently across email and other channels.
Graham Cooke, CEO of Qubit, states that the integration with SAP Customer experience will allow users of the platform to “turbo-charge their personalization efforts with Qubit Pro and Qubit Aura.”
The company describes Qubit Pro as a scalable personalization platform.” Qubit Aura provides a data-based approach to mobile product discovery.
Qubit is also integrating those tools with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and has introduced the Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge. This hook-up enables Salesforce Commerce Cloud retailers to personalize based on segments, ranging from first-time visitors to VIPs, Qubit says.
“Ecommerce companies no longer see personalization as a nice to have, but as an essential way to engage with their visitors,” Cooke states.
He adds that brands are using these services to create “data-driven customer experiences.”
