Europe’s top judges are expected to decide the limits of the “right to be forgotten” this week. “In a grand chamber of 15 judges, the European Court of Justice will on Tuesday
consider two cases involving Google: one on the type of information that should be delisted from its index after a search for someone’s name, and the other on whether such a delisting, if agreed
to, should apply to the entire world,”
The Financial Times reports. “The ECJ’s eventual ruling will not only affect Google but all other search engines.”
