Global consultancy ICF has acquired UK-based We Are Vista, which bills itself as a creative communications agency. Terms were not disclosed.
We Are Vista’s capabilities include brand
strategy, research, digital communications, content development and more. Among the campaigns it recently spearheaded were Vodafone’s Voxi launch and Lloyd’s inclusion push.
“We have created an integrated set of advisory and engagement marketing capabilities to better serve our North American customers, and the acquisition of We Are Vista expands this strategic
intent into Europe,” stated Sudhakar Kesavan, CEO of ICF, which acquired Minneapolis-based Olson in 2014 for nearly $300 million.
The deal is ICF’s latest bid to
bolster its global marketing and related service portfolio. Last year it acquired loyalty strategy and marketing company The Future Customer, which is based in London.
ICF also recently hired
John Armstrong, a former founding executive of IBM iX, to lead ICF Olson.
