Epsilon has expanded its relationship with Dell and will help the tech giant launch its Dell Advantage Loyalty program in several countries, including the U.S., Brazil and Canada. Other countries will follow later.
Dell has utilized Epsilon’s email marketing services since 2010.
Epsilon will help Dell deliver personalized communications with existing and prospective customers while managing the technology that supports the program through its Agility Loyalty platform and third-party tools, the firm says.
Dell hopes that its email, direct mail and online efforts will help it drive higher ROI and improved customer experiences. It hopes to achieve “customer value personalization and engagement,” states Roel Canare, director of loyalty and CRM at Dell.
Canare adds that Epsilon supports both B2C and B2B marketing “loyalty, email and database marketing.”
Loyalty program members will receive such benefits as money back, exclusive offers, expedited shipping and other perks.
Epsilon is an Alliance Data company.
