R/GA New York has appointed Preeti Patel senior vice president/technology, a new role at the agency. 

Patel is tasked with managing technology strategy, delivery, and innovation across R/GA New York’s client roster. Patel will report to Global Chief Technology Officer Nick Coronges and New York Managing Director Robin Forbes. 

Patel comes to R/GA from Rauxa, where she was vice president/technology. 

Prior to Rauxa, Patel served as senior director of technology at Huge, where she led work for clients including Thomson Reuters, Verizon, Morgan Stanley and Exxon Mobil. Earlier she was vice president/product development at the Marlin Company.
