Marketo Names Yesler As Digital Agency

Marketo, the engagement platform recently acquired by Adobe, has named Yesler as its digital marketing agency, reversing their roles slightly.

Yesler became a Marketo customer in 2012, employing Marketo’s marketing automation platform. In 2013, it started running campaigns for clients on the Marketo platform.

Marketo chose Yesler for marketing support based on its technology and global presence: The firm has new locations in Singapore and London.

“The stakes are higher than ever when it comes to digital marketing,” states Gurdeep Dhillon, group vice president – demand generation, marketing operations & technology at Marketo. “We’ve made a commitment to our business to generate new leads and capture existing demand at scale across regions and segments.

Adobe completed its acquisition of Marketo last month. The sales price was announced as $4.75 billion.

Marketo was founded in 2006 as an email marketing service.
