The Drum is reporting that France still intends to take a lead in the EU on the tech sales tax debate with the imposition of a 5% levy on the tech giants' trade. The site claims the final tax
rate will be decided upon soon and applied retrospectively to January 1st, when it was supposed to have been introduced.
