Concert 8 Solutions Inc. has formed a promotional partnership with Benchmark Email LLC to combine live chat with email marketing to help firms nurture leads.

The companies will conduct co-marketing activities including campaigns in the Asia-Pacific region, starting in the Philippines in March. 

The partnership will engage in a series of co-marketing activities and the first of these will launch in the Asia-Pacific region, with campaigns beginning in the Philippines in March 2019.  

Concert 8 hopes to expand its “collaboration with global Web Marketing and SaaS partners by integrating our live 'YourChatTeam' service with our partner's service offerings,” states CEO Alan Yong.

Benchmark Email is a Los Alamitos, California-based provider of email marketing services. Its English-language software has been translated into Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian and other languages.

Concert 8 Solutions is a Canada-based provider of outsourcing services, including multiplatform customer support.
