Breen Passes Qnary CEO Torch To Carbonell

Qnary, the digital reputation technology platform founded by former Madison Avenue luminary Bant Breen has promoted Ray Carbonell to CEO from global president. He succeeds Breen, who last month joined Harte Hanks as CEO. Breen remains chairman of Qnary.

Carbonell, a native of Barcelona, Spain, joined Qnary in 2012 as its first employee. In 2015, he was named executive vice president account solutions  and was promoted to global president in 2017. In the latter role, he oversaw Qnary’s business outside of the US.

“I’m excited to pass the day-to-day reins over to Ray as Qnary accelerates its growth,” Breen said. “Ray was in the trenches with me when we were just getting going. No one knows our mission better than he does, and he has played a critical role in building our global footprint.”
