The tech giants are going to have be transparent with rivals over how, or even whether, they rank their products and allow them to advertise. A new EU law voted in yesterday forces online platforms to
be clear in their terms and conditions and open up channels for complaints if they block a rival's ads. Amazon, eBay and Google will be hit hardest,
