The BBC has told
Press Gazette it is working on a "public service" algorithm that will stop people from getting trapped in their own "sound bubble." Instead, the new tech will offer apt
recommendations from the breadth of entertainment available on its Sounds service and not restrict people to more of the same from shows they have already shown an interest in.
