Mother NY has been awarded the estimated $40 million advertising account for Wrangler jeans.

The award follows the decision by former parent VF Corp. to spin off its jeans labels into a separate publicly traded company called Kontoor Brands Inc. The spin-off was completed earlier this month, the company confirmed.

In addition to Wrangler Kontoor Brands will include the  Lee and Rock & Republic brands, and the VF Outlet  business.
