Publicis Consolidates UK Businesses Under Publicis.Poke

Publicis Worldwide UK is consolidating the region's three businesses — creative shop Publicis London, digital agency Poke, and shopper specialist Arc — under a new entity called Publicis.Poke.

Nick Farnhill will serve as CEO of the new company. He has been CEO of Publicis Worldwide UK since the beginning of the year. 

Publicis London executive creative director Dave Monk will take the position of ECD of Publicis.Poke, the top creative post at the combined agency. 

Poke founder and ECD Nik Roope will take the position of creative chair, while Publicis London’s managing director Trent Patterson has been named managing director of the new unit.   

As Publicis continues to focus on its "Power of One" strategy, this newly formed group is similarly designed to create a more collaborative approach.
