Black Pearl Mail has debuted a new module for its email software-as-a-service product that it says can help brands with targeting and analytics.
The new Insights module facilitates notifications and customized analytics that can alert brands when their emails are getting opened, and give them knowledge of what readers are engaging with along the way, the company says.
The objective is to “understand the behavior or path their recipients take after opening a message, clicking on the links or interacting with their banner ad,” states Nick Lissette, founder of Black Pearl Mail.
Emerge deploys the new Black Pearl tool to communicate by email with both potential and existing customers.
Shaun Schulman, director of marketing at Emerge, says the tool is valuable because of its "ability to group people into teams with separate looks and information.” Emerge has a large sales team in multiple locations and time zones.
Black Pearl recently launched Native Analytics, a service that provides reports, enhanced A/B testing capability and exportable link/website clicks, the firm says
Founded in 2014, Black Pearl has engineered its product to integrate with Microsoft's O365, G-Suite and on-premise email systems, the company adds.
