Eleven is rearranging the San Francisco-based creative agency's leadership team following its November 2018 acquisition by Canadian marketing communications company Vision7 International. This new
team precedes an expected expansion of both fresh talent and new locations.
To prepare for this development, Chief Strategy Officer Jarett Hausske is promoted to the newly created president
position to lead the agency and roster of clients. His replacement Ryan Ku will join Hausske's executive leadership team as head of strategy and brand innovation. Having previously worked as an
independent strategy and innovation consultant and also serving as managing director at Redscout, Ku will now work with Eleven clients including Google Cloud, Electrify America and
Getaround.
Also Chief Growth Officer Michele Sileo is upped to managing director to oversee the shop's day-to-day responsibilities. Her previous position is not being filled at this
time.
In addition, Susan Park has joined as associate strategy director after spending seven years in New York City where she worked as a freelance strategy consultant. Prior to that she
was a strategist at Dormeus in San Francisco. Ivana Grahovic becomes senior strategist, and will lead strategy for Dignity Health. Previously, Grahovic served as senior integrated strategy at
Cossette.
