The World Federation of Advertisers is playing down the threat to the industry from in-housing. According to
The Drum, WFA research shows short turnaround creative roles are the most likely
to be in-house, and possibly managing influencer programmes. However, the higher value roles of creative, search and media buying and planning would like remain outsourced to agencies.
