WebEngage has formed a strategic partnership with Kenscio Digital Marketing to enhance its email services.
This is the start of “a much deeper partnership that will touch several aspects of the business in the years to come,” states Avlesh Singh, CEO and co-founder of WebEngage.
WebEngage hopes to “offer scale to its customers across the globe,” he adds. The firm supports personalized and contextual email.
Kenscio’s Email Deliverability Suite allows marketers to manage and measure email campaigns to ensure inbox delivery, WebEngage says.
WebEngage provides cloud-based a marketing automation service that supports user engagement via email, SMS, mobile and web push, in-app messages, web messages, IVR and Facebook, the company adds.
The company claims to power over 500 million emails per month.
Singh argues that “email as a communication medium continues to be one of the biggest channels of engagement for a lot of consumer businesses.”
