Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital is getting into the influencer-marketing game.
MediaMonks, the company’s digital content agency, is merging with IMA, the Amsterdam-based influencer-marketing company that was founded in 2010. MM is also based in Amsterdam.
Reuters reported the value of the deal at €10 million (about $11.2 million).
IMA is said to have a staff of 85. The firm has worked with clients such as Pernod Ricard, Under Armour, Beiersdorf, Diesel and Microsoft, among others.
