USIM Taps Former Wavemaker Smith To Lead Integrated Strategy


USIM has named digital-savvy media vet Greg Smith executive vice president-integrated strategy, a new position at the 15-year-old independent media services agency.

Smith, who joins from Publicis Media's Zenith unit, has more than 35 years of experience in media planning and strategy, including stints in senior positions at a variety of WPP agencies -- including Managing Director of Wavemaker -- in-house at Google, at Carat Fusion and seminal Saatchi digital shop Darwin Digital.

Smith, who will be based in USIM’s New York City office, reporting to President-Eastern Region Russell Zingale, will be responsible for overall strategy and development of communications across all of USIM’s client roster.
