DeVito/Verdi has appointed Preeya Vyas as Chief Strategy And Innovation Officer. She departs Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where she most recently served as Chief Experience Officer. 

This marks the second major hire by DeVito/Verdi in recent weeks following last month's hiring of Erin Boyer as chief marketing officer.
