W2O is acquiring Radius Digital Science to expand the agency's scientific marketing communications services.
Founded in 2014, the New Jersey-based Radius promotes its ability to translate complex science into immersive, easy-to-understand creative experiences for healthcare brands.
Under the deal, Radius will now operate as W2O radius and be grouped under the broader W2O Science network. This 100-person team also includes recently acquired scientific communications and medical marketing firms ISO.health (now W2O iso) and Arcus Medica (now W2O arcus).
Radius co-founders Michelle Peterson and Brandon Pletsch will serve in leadership roles within the acquired operation.
W2O and Radius have previously collaborated on projects and believe there are synergistic benefits to a closer partnership.
