Independent healthcare agency HBC Health is opening a third office, in Parsippany, NJ. The agency also has offices in Austin, TX and Chicago.

The office, with an initial staff of 10 will be overseen by senior vice president and group account supervisor Lee Randolph who reports to Austin-based Francesco Lucarelli, executive vice president, managing director of the agency’s BioPharma division.

The New Jersey location was selected due to its proximity to what the agency calls "local high-caliber talent" and for the ability to provide dedicated local resources to east coast-based clients.

 "We're strategically located in the middle of the pharma belt – where talent, agencies and especially pharma and biotech companies converge," explains Nancy Beesley, president, HCB Health.

HCB expects the current 10-person staff to grow to a dozen by the end of 2019 and to 25 by the end of 2020. The firm is actively recruiting to fill positions in the new office in account services, creative, project management and digital.
