Mobivity Launches New Promotions Platform: Subway First To Deploy

Mobivity, the provider of a personalization engine called Recurrency, has launched a new promotion platform designed to help brands drive engagement and sales.

The Subway restaurant chain, which has been working with Mobivity for almost five years, deployed the new tool in October. It is the first brand to do so.

Mobivity’s Offers and Promotions platform helps brands manage and track marketing effectiveness at all phases of the customer journey, including email, in-app, SMS and printed offers, including receipts and freestanding inserts, Mobivity says.

The feature allows brands to generate 1:1 codes that can be attached to a text-message offer, receipt-printed promotion, or existing marketing channels outside of Recurrency.

Subway will be able to drive guest frequency and spend “across the physical-digital divide,” states Mobivity CEO Dennis Becker.

The chain uses the Recurrency platform to send personalized mobile messaging campaign, print targeted offers and promotions on guest receipts and analyze basket-level point-of-sale data, Mobivity says.
