WealthEngine has unveiled an upgrade to WealthEngine9 (WE9), its prospect engagement platform, providing what it says is a single view of a prospect’s wealth profile
and new data on emails and phones.
The new feature, WealthSignal, also provide updates to a person’s charitable donation history, along with scores that illustrate
the propensity to give, giving capacity and net worth. WealthSignal was introduced last week at the Salesforce Dreamforce conference.
The objective is to help users
reduce acquisition costs while “activating clients in multiple channels to improve their campaign ROI,” states PV Boccasam, CEO of WealthEngine.
The new
service includes a dashboard that includes recently visited profiles, tips, best practices, and latest product announcements, the company says.
WealthEngine claims that
it has 240 million refreshed emails and over 140,000+ new personal phone numbers in WE9. In addition, it provides over 165 million charitable donation records with over 0.5 million donations added
every month.
The company also offers a confidence score on each record.
WealthEngine has also updated WealthEngine Insights for
Salesforce, a Salesforce certified app that allows clients to view contacts in their Salesforce environment, using over 100 attributes on wealth, giving, contact, and demographic data.
Clients give high marks to WealthEngine. It provides “a magnifying glass on prospects arming you with critical insights that help you deal with them so much better when
you are building those important relationships,” states Patricia G. Eisner, director of development, Two Rivers Charter School.
