Productsup Integrates With Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Productsup, a Berlin-based firm that helps retail brands drive product content across channels, has formed an integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This arrangement will allow users of the Productsup Commerce Cloud Cartridge to orchestrate data syndication from Commerce Cloud to Productsup, the company says.

In addition, the integration will facilitates the direct push of product catalogs, price book data and inventory updates from a Commerce Cloud system to Productsup.

This is done through a self-managed Productsup FTP and/or the Productsup API.

The goal is to help Cartridge deliver “a compelling product experience across multiple touchpoints,” states Johannis Hatt, CEO, Productsup.

The Salesforce Commerce Cloud enables retailers to unify customer experiences across all points of commerce, including web, social, mobile and store, the company claims.

Productsup describes itself as a SaaS platform that helps brands syndicate their product content via Google, Amazon, Facebook, Walmart and other business channels.

With this Cartridge, users can easily use Productsup and deliver a compelling product experience across multiple touchpoints,” said Johannis Hatt, CEO, Productsup.
