Agencies Bounteous and the Liquid Agency are each bolstering their
service offerings with acquisitions.
The Liquid Agency is sharpening its experience design expertise with the purchase of Vignette, an agency specializing in offering employee experiences.
This niche helps company's better enhance their internal policies, encompassing everything from leadership training and healthcare to app design and videos.
Vignette was an early pioneer in
the employee experience space, transitioning its offering in 2005 from one that was consumer centric to employee centric as more of its clients sought expertise in programs designed to engage and
retain their employee base.
Liquid has slowly been building its own employee experience capability and now has over 20 people within the agency working with clients on multiple employee
experience initiatives. This deal will add notable clients, such as Walmart.
