CustomerGauge, provider of a B2B customer engagement platform, has formed an integration with the HubSpot Marketing & CRM System.
The two-way arrangement will help brands measure and act on feedback gathered via email engagement, event sign-up or attendance, form-fills and other activities through the customer journey, CustomerGauge says.
The integration will help brands unite “marketing and experience data into one platform,” states Trishaala Chengappa, VP of product at CustomerGauge.
