Sandra Cordero, CMO of women’s fashion brand Torrid, has won the Email Experience Council’s 2020 Stefan Pollard award for email marketing excellence.
Cordero’s programs helped Torrid achieve a 44% increase in redemption rate and a 44% increase in revenue, resulting from digitization of bouncebacks, states email personalization firm Liveclicker, which announced the award. Torrid is a Liveclicker client.
In addition, Torrid has achieved a 119% increase in program revenue since Cordero joined the firm in 2016. She also used new forms of personalization and upgraded from single to multiple email streams, Liveclicker says.
Liveclicker notes that another client, Faith Bukauskus of Hot Topic was the finalist.
The award was set up in honor of Stefan Pollard, an email marketer who died in 2010.
dCordero states that she is “so grateful for the support of my team at Torrid and my partners at Liveclicker.”
