Omnicom has just extended its work-from-home policy until June 15.

Company employees got the news via a companywide memo from CEO John Wren.

There are some exceptions, including some markets in Asia that have already opened and others that have been approved using the firm’s recently disclosed phased approach.

The timing of all office openings will be coordinated with local government policies.

“As we develop plans for opening our offices, we also recognize that most of us will continue to work from home in some way for a considerably longer period of time,” Wren stated.

As a result, he added, the company is “looking at ways to improve the work-from-home experience.” Details to follow.

Wren also disclosed word of an upcoming employee survey to gauge thoughts and concerns about office commutes.
