OOH agency Project X Media has appointed Hector Gonzalez as Chief Revenue Officer. Based at the firm’s New York headquarters, Gonzalez will lead the company’s revenue initiatives, with a focus on new business development. He reports to CEO John Laramie.
Previously Gonzalez was head of sales at Outfront Media, a leading seller of OOH ad inventory. There, Gonzalez built the company’s middle market division, which sold inventory to many notable e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.
Gonzalez joined the Project X team (remotely) starting July 6. Apart from scaling the new business division, one of his early projects will be helping to roll out the company’s new analytics dashboard, an online portal for Project X clients to view the performance of their OOH campaigns.
